“Lilla’s vocals weave the warm feeling of the Australian summer, nostalgia of growing up by the beach, friends, family and a carefree lifestyle. It was important for us to write a song that reflected all the fun we’d had being in a band over the past three years, the friends we’ve made and the stories we’ve made touring the country. ‘Sunny Morning’ is almost a thank you to the band, from the band, for giving so much to our lives.”

The realization that summer is in full swing on the other side of the globe always seems to slip my mind, but stumbling upon an indie track with such great summer vibes caught me off guard in the best way possible. The upbeat energy of the song immediately hooked me and had me hitting the repeat button multiple times. I just couldn’t get enough of the track, which is why I kept coming back to it over and over again. It’s a truly great song that has managed to capture the essence of summer perfectly, and it has become my go-to track to get that summer feel whenever I need it.
