‘She’ll be standing tall by now’
Wandering Years is a Brooklyn-based 5 piece (formerly a solo project) who release music through Boston label Candlepin Records, are a personal favourite label of mine.
‘Wait Until Fall’ is their latest single, it is a soothing road trip soundtrack consisting of warm acoustic guitar and melancholy vocals, embellished with pedal steel courtesy of The Big Net’s Kevin Cope. The resulting sound is cosy and nostalgic bedroom folk, perfectly befitting of the season.
