Before Mustard begins, they must state how much they appreciate this band’s use of acronyms. They have observed that acronyms can be a pain sometimes when it comes to data entry and other miscellaneous tasks. This, though, is no concern of S.C.A.B., which makes Mustard enjoy their work even more.
On their newest single, which is described as “angular pop”, they have shaped a song that will single-handedly improve your public transportation experience. You typically avoid public transportation because of what your mom told you about it. But a few weeks ago, you began taking it to defy your mother’s orders and met someone. The relationship is still developing, and you respect that, but you want to get closer to them. Once again, though, you were given advice by your mother, and trying to relearn and get yourself out of that hole will take some time. Patience in this case is a good thing as it gives you the chance to further develop those feelings and support your local public transportation services.
The vocals on this track from frontman Sean Camargo are infectious, as is the production that never loses momentum. Camargo is an artist who is not afraid to be vulnerable. The band’s newest track is confessional and honest. It almost feels as if we, as listeners, have opened up Sean’s diary and booked them a BetterHelp session without their consent. But Sean has given us consent through their songwriting. They are grateful and appreciative of this, as their sincerity really shines.
