Buzzsaw guitars open this two-and-a-half-minute alternative rock romp. It’s kinda garagey, and also a little punky. There are some slacker rock vibes, too. But, most importantly, it’s tonnes of fun.
Gloom East are a two-piece who have been at it since 2022. They have released a string of singles and EPs and played in various American locations from Connecticut to Philadelphia to NYC. In that time and have amassed quite the following with over 43,000 monthly listeners on Spotify.
Imbued with the energy of decades of rockers who have come before them, spliced with a little bubblegum pop – Buzzkill is a rock n roll rollercoaster of a tune. The drums are unrelenting, the vocal dynamics are captivating and the relationship between guitar and bass is bang on.
