It’s a lucid dream of a song. A hazy mirage. A whirlpool and a whirlwind all at once. It’s a thing of glorious beauty, and in one-second shy of three minutes, it manages to beguile and intrigue in equal measure.
The luscious, almost wet-sounding guitar tones wash over the listener as we immerse ourselves in a downpour of texture.
What sounds like slide guitar or lap steel adds so much to an already stunning piece that blends elements of dream pop, folk and indie. This is really a revelation.
