Single: Fuckleberry Hinn – Feel It All

Coming from their latest album ‘Enjoy Your Typewriters’, ‘Feel it All’ is the latest single from your favourite Norwegian band Fuckleberry Hinn

Though much calmer than the band’s name would allude to, it doesn’t make the track any less impactful. A fabulous mix of genres, including shoegaze and dream-pop, with Øystein Megård’s (The Sideways and The High Water Marks) vocals, which are reminiscent of bands including My Bloody Valentine and Community Swimming Pool. It’s delightful, it’s fresh, it’s undeniably Fuckleberry Hinn.

Building up at the start before the soaring guitars make their grand entrance, the song, to me, was a brilliant introduction to the band, especially with Hallvard Løberg Näsvall’s drums, and it’s clear to see how much time and passion have been put behind not just this song but the band as a whole since their conception in 2020.

At times, the track feels as though it’s crashing down around you with all the instruments working together, but at the same time, it never feels overwhelming. It’s manageable chaos that calms down at the end, leaving you perfectly satisfied with what the Norwegian lads have put in front of you.

Refreshing and beautifully honest, it’s clear to see that no hucks have been given in the creation of ‘Feel It All’.
