Birthday Dad’s debut album The Hermit exemplifies the transformative power of music. Released in September of 2022, the album includes nine tracks that juxtapose upbeat tunes with themes such as feelings of loneliness, losing time, and existential anxiety. Honest lyrics backed by celebratory saxophone, strings, and piano lighten heavy thoughts into thoughts you can hold and dance with.
