Here in Florida, spring has all but hit us full force, and with this new song from Televised Mind, I am beyond prepared for a warm season full of BANGERS.
National Hero truly brings the sparkly and bright summer vibes, in fact they’re virtually interlaced in the bouncy guitar riffs. The more “spoken” vocals pair perfectly with the fast-paced chorus, and the unique cadences just add to the eccentricity of this single.
This is the type of song you turn on during a midday drive with the windows down, or a seemingly-endless beach hangout. Lyrics like, “Your comfort zone will kill you cause life is just a dream” stick out so much to me as the one-liner for this anthem.
The drums are truly the heart beat of this single and the more I listen to it, the more I fall in love with it. I always wonder how songs would translate during a live performance, and this one would seriously start a revolution.
