I recently came across a quote about a band that was sent to us by Cherub Dream Records, a San Francisco-based record label. We’ve been closely following this label for the past few months, and they’ve been consistently delivering some fantastic musical discoveries. If you’re looking to explore smaller indie labels, Cherub Dream Records is definitely worth checking out. They’re about to release another outstanding band from the Pacific Coast, this time from Oakland, CA, which seems to be a breeding ground for amazing musical talent. The music scene there is vibrant and diverse.
I’m really captivated by the blend of shoegaze, post-rock, and post-hardcore in this band’s sound – it’s a wonderful nod to the music of the 90s. They’ve already announced a new album, and I have high expectations for it, especially after hearing this new single. It’s building up some serious anticipation for the full album release.
