Trapped at home as the temperatures drop below 30 degrees (Fahrenheit) in FL is the green light for more melancholic and introspective music listening. For over a week now, I’ve been hiding in this hole and trying to soak up every minute of it.

The Moon Is Going For A Swim is the first single from Christopher Green’s upcoming album called “Minor Miracles”, releasing on March 22, 2026. It’s loaded to the brim with emotion. From the lyrics to the instrumentation, this track is the master of reaching into your chest and pulling on all the strings, bringing about tears and reminiscent thoughts of emotional unreachability.
Christopher Green is no newcomer, so don’t get it twisted. He’s a Dutch singer-songwriter with loads of experience and accolades under his belt. He performed at Pinkpop festival in 2013, appeared on De Beste Singer-Songwriter van Nederland, and secured a win at Nu of Nooit.
He continues to amaze all of his listeners and loyal fans, building on his sound with each release while still holding onto the special parts that feel nostalgic.
