Yellow Dudes it’s a band originally from Tepic, Nayarit, México, that are part of the new emerging wave of the city and the country; born with the friendship from Carlos (guitar/bass) and Ramón (guitar) since childhood, but it was until high school when they decide to get together to make music in Carlos’s room. Time later they meet Mario (guitar/bass), Ramsés (drums) and Columba (voice) online and then at parties, where between talks coincide in tastes of all kinds, from music and bands to food and memes; it’s when they invite them to collaborate in the project and after a short time they manage to define their style by matching musical bands, which influenced the style that characterizes them between the bands of their city with a melancholic and fresh touch, reason that manages to take them to a prominent position within the music in their state.
I usually share bio as an inspiration. I am so happy I got hands on this Mexican band. Eager to discover more music from this scene. Would even love to have a band on Z Tapes’ roster from Mexico. Maybe one day. Listen to this dreamy EP in full, you will not regret it.
