I recently came across a new single from a Vancouver-based jangle pop twee band, and I have to say, I’m quite impressed. The single follows in the footsteps of their previous release, showcasing a playful, lo-fi indie rock sound that’s incredibly relatable. It’s been an exciting journey as we gradually uncover more about their upcoming album, which is set to be released on vinyl. While we still have some time to wait for the full album to drop, the two singles we’ve heard so far are creating high expectations for an album that promises to deliver a refreshing, yet slightly retro sound. Personally, I’ve been thoroughly enjoying both singles and I’m eagerly anticipating the full release.
