Single: Sweet Nobody – Forget Me

The unconscious doesn’t understand negatives. Every time you consciously say “Don’t say this”, your mind just registers the feeling you are associating with this sentence, such as sadness or loss. Everything you would like to put under a rug and forget. Sweet Nobody’s Forget Me sounds like a reminder of that law. The artwork for this record is a sunset, birds like tiny black paper cuts against a sky made of bright peachy oranges and golden sparkles. There’s a text saying:” Go driving off to nowhere. You go on, into the unknown.” Get into the car and go where your soul wants to. Feel the wind on your skin: it reminds you that when one thing ends, something else begins. The hardest part isn’t saying goodbye; it’s the space in between, that limbo where everything feels blurry. Forget me sounds just like that: vocals just sitting on the edge of a cliff, drowned in sunny, fuzzy guitars to keep it safe and warm. The air feels thin, and feelings knock on your chest like a thousand unanswered questions. Just let it out and drive. Please don’t forget the Nobody’s Sweet album release date on November 7th and listen to this promising lead single.
