Single Premiere: Camp Werewolf – Faded if you Forgot

“What began as a compilation of intimate demos crafted by songwriter Alejandro Cruz-Lemus during the 2019 quarantine has transformed into expansive, textured compositions featuring anthemic choruses and intricate instrumental layers. Cruz collaborates with fellow songwriters and musicians Nathan Cox, Kian Khalilian, Charles Best, and Patrick Allen, each bringing their distinct backgrounds and influences to the table. Together, they are dedicated to making a mark in the emo scene, approaching their craft with unwavering earnestness.”

Hey there! I wanted to share some exciting news with you. Camp Werewolf, an RVA emo band that I have been a fan of for some time, is about to release a new single called “Faded if you Forgot” which is a part of their upcoming album Soft Sculptures set to be released later this spring. This latest version of the single is even richer and more full than the previous one which was released in 2022.

I have to say, this new single is a true masterpiece. It’s packed with great riffs, energy, and powerful vocals that will make you want to move and sing along. I was thrilled when Alejandro reached out to me and we agreed to premiere this single. I knew I had to make an exception for a special occasion, and this was definitely it.

If you’re a fan of emo music, then you absolutely cannot miss out on Camp Werewolf’s latest release. Trust me, it’s worth your time. Give it a listen and let the music speak for itself.
