The New Jersey / Philadelphia based, this witch! released their debut single at the beginning of June. ‘Polaroid’ is a simply sweet, emo leaning song, with elements of shoegaze and dream-pop. Bram, the name behind this witch!, also plays in New Veins, a similarly simple indie-rock band; where the projects differ however, is the clear point of view of Bram’s within this witch! Despite only having one single to it’s name, it is obvious that this is a passion project, an outlet for Bram to get things off their chest.
If you are a fan of bands like American Football and Sunny Day Real Estate, this witch! will have some good and juicy emo for you.
