I’m starting to cover more and more genres that, a couple of years ago, I wouldn’t have felt at home with. Shoegaze became my go-to genre quickly, and now, emo is my escape from everyday. No Limitations is a punk rock emo band from Bloomsburg, PA, and this is their newest track. Explosive energy is building amazingly toward the end. Raw energy that will hit your ears so hard that it will stick with you for a bit.
It has brought me back to old punk bands, mostly pop punk bands, when I was young and feeling cool to listen to punk music. Especially the fast-paced drums and heavy guitars have reminded me so much of the late 90s, and I am all for that—angsty vocals, incredible drive and melody that will catch you from the first notes. Additionally, as someone who is quite stubborn, I also related to the lyrics, which made the listening experience even more enjoyable.
Short track, but a powerful one. I stopped counting how many times I had listened to it while writing this piece. It has grown on me more and more, and I need to pump more energy into my veins. I could imagine this played live and being blown away by the pure energy it brings. No limitations made a banger, and I am glad we can share it with you.
