“This song is all about feeling “fomo” for your own funeral. It’s got swirling guitars and dreamy synths, with some playful jumps back and forth between half and double speed. It sounds like Alvvays, meets Yeah Yeah Yeahs, meets The Cranberries. It is the focus track of my debut EP “Bisou”, which will be supported by a digital marketing campaign (Just Really Good), North American radio promotion (Shine On), PR campaign (What’s the Story?) and a slew of spring and summer festival dates including Spring Reverb, NXNE, Tiny Lights, and a hometown EP launch show in Montreal.”
In our previous coverage, I introduced you to a talented artist who has just released a new indie dreamy pop track. The song is incredibly catchy, and it seamlessly blends influences from different genres and bands, making it a unique and exciting listen. As I listen to it this Friday afternoon (when writing this), I can’t help but feel uplifted and energized. The vibrant and upbeat rhythm is the perfect soundtrack to kick off the weekend and have some fun with friends. Overall, this new release is a fantastic addition to any playlist and is sure to put a smile on your face.
