EP: Plant-Based Delivery System – Dogs

We have been fortunate to discover numerous talented indie artists through our submission tool, Submithub. I am truly grateful that these new artists are actively seeking out our blog and submitting their music to us. There is something special about featuring fresh music from up-and-coming projects, especially within the lo-fi bedroom rock genre, which has always held a special place in my heart. This delightful 3-song EP hails from the UK-based artist Aske Birkjær Petersen. Delving into their Instagram page, I noticed that they have been exploring various European destinations in recent weeks. Despite its release back in May, this EP has only recently caught our attention, but I am happy we have not missed it. I truly enjoyed listening to it.

Additionally, a new single has been released.

I’ve been absolutely loving the lo-fi warm and cozy atmosphere of these songs. There’s something about the raw production that makes them even more appealing to me. I’ve always had a soft spot for music that’s produced in a bedroom and sounds as honest as this. This little EP and single have been an absolute joy to listen to, and I’m eagerly anticipating what this artist will create next. I’m really drawn to the direction, the sound, and the lo-fi beauty of this music.
