“Beaming” is the new single off of Prettier Now’s upcoming second album, Miracle Charm.
Built around swirling grunge hooks, soaring vocals, and a tight rhythm section, “Beaming” marks a strong return for Prettier Now. Heading into their sixth year together, the band continues to evolve. The band once again worked with producer Noah Sullivan at Little Hollywood studio in Howell, New Jersey. With its heavier sound and rawer subject matter, “Beaming” offers a glimpse of a new side of Prettier Now and what’s to come on their upcoming second album.
The song immediately throws the listener into the deep end, the guitar and drums exploding out of the gate. There’s no slow build or waiting around for the song to find its footing; it grabs your attention almost immediately.

A great start to a great song, instantly hooking the listener. Following in that desperation, the singer seems to want anything thrown their way.

By the end, the repetition feels less like a conclusion and more like the song is stuck in a loop, which fits the emotional restlessness of the track.
