“Orca Station is an indie/alt-rock tandem from Salem, Ohio. Between the two of them Rich and Devon put forward an up-tempo, high-energy sound that’s melody driven within simple, yet unique, song structures. Parts of another band previously, they scraped together what equipment they could and got together for fun over the 22 summer. A few months later they recorded their first album ‘Pangs’ as Orca Station, which they released into thin air.”
It’s been quite some time since I last shared a Christian band with anyone, and it’s hard to recollect when was the last time I came across a grunge band with such powerful 90s vibes. The energy emanating from this song is truly electrifying, making it an excellent track to listen to. Christian music, while spiritually uplifting, can often be monotonous musically, which is why discovering a band that presents a unique approach is exhilarating. This particular band has piqued my interest, and I am eagerly looking forward to listening to more of their music in the future.
