Sometimes, to get by, you need a kind of connection. It takes a tap on the shoulder or a little conversation to get people out of their heads. RaFia’s ambient yet subtly chaotic “I Need Help” is the sound of what it is to have trouble surviving in their head, and looking to reach a hand out to a person bringing them back to a safer reality.
